At Life Care Foundation (LCF), we believe that community engagement is the cornerstone of effective rehabilitation and prevention. Our events are strategically designed to raise awareness, foster unity, and secure the resources necessary to sustain our mission in the South West Khasi Hills District.

Early Intervention: Specialized awareness sessions are extended to childcare facilities, such as Hope Children’s Home, to instill positive habits from a young age.
Cultural Communication: We utilize creative mediums, such as skits performed by the Ionglajong Cultural Organisation, to effectively communicate the social and personal effects of drug abuse.
Nasha Mukt Sports & Fundraising
Competitive sports serve as a vital tool for both fundraising and promoting a healthy, "Nasha Mukt" (addiction-free) lifestyle.
Charity Football Matches: In collaboration with the Khasi Student Union (KSU), we host major matches—such as Rangdajied FC vs. South West Khasi Hills District Eleven—to raise essential funds for the Sohkhyllam Rehabilitation Centre.
Community Solidarity: Our matches against the Officers Club and the Centre for Youth Development foster strong ties between local leadership and the foundation.
Financial Impact: These community initiatives have successfully mobilized significant support, including a donation of Rs. 31,525 from the KSU toward our development goals.
Youth Competitions & Creative Expression
Promoting Creativity: We host district-wide drawing competitions at venues like Sngap Syiem College to encourage students to express themes of hope and health through art.
Recognition of Achievement: Winners are officially recognized by district dignitaries during awarding ceremonies to encourage continued community participation and excellence.
